Appexflo Solutions is a Coimbatore-based IT consulting firm specializing in Zoho applications, custom business automation, and web development, holding Zoho Bigin Implementation Partner status. We help businesses streamline operations through CRM setup, workflow automation, custom application development, and system integrations.
Privacy Policy
We collect contact and business details you share with us, and payment details are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway — we do not store card or UPI credentials ourselves.
Your information is used only to respond to enquiries, deliver services, send invoices/renewal reminders, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal information.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime by writing to info@appexflo.com.
Terms & Conditions
By engaging our services or purchasing a support plan, you agree to these terms. Support plans are billed as agreed at purchase (one-time or recurring), and plan benefits begin once payment is confirmed.
- Clients must provide accurate requirements and timely payment.
- Custom deliverables become usable by the client upon full payment; reusable frameworks remain Appexflo's property.
- We are not liable for third-party platform outages beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds are offered on any payment made for services or support plans, whether one-time or recurring.
You may cancel anytime — this applies to both one-time and recurring plans. For recurring plans, cancellation stops future billing from the next cycle; the current paid period remains active until it lapses naturally.
To cancel, email info@appexflo.com with your registered name and the plan you wish to cancel.
Payment & Checkout Flow
- Choose a support plan from our Support Plans page.
- Scan the QR code / use the payment link to pay securely via UPI, cards, net banking, or wallet.
- Share your name, contact details, and transaction reference with us to activate your plan.
- Once verified, your plan is marked active and a confirmation is sent to you along with an invoice.
If payment was deducted but your plan wasn't activated, contact info@appexflo.com with your transaction details.
